South Carolina Bail Bondsman/Runner Class
Series 19-16 30hr Pre-Licensing Course
South Carolina Bail Agents Academy offers all prospective bail bondsman/runner students the SCDOI required 30hr pre-licensing course, constructed by Donald F. Mescia III and approved by the SCDOI, to ensure the successful completion of the South Carolina mandated series 19-16 examination provided by PSI. This course covers all South Carolina codes of law pertaining to the bail bondsman/runner license including bail bond contracts, bail bond process, bail bond forfeiture, and bail bond forms. All bail bondsman/runner students will receive one on one personal attention in a classroom environment as required by the SCDOI. The 30hr pre-licensing bail bondsman/runner class will take place over 3 successive work days (Friday-Sunday) beginning at 8am! These days will be spent going over all South Carolina bail bondsman/runner course materials the prospective bail bondsman will find on their SCDOI mandated examination provided by PSI. Day 3 will be spent reviewing all course information, and questions prior to taking a 2hr examination in order to fully prepare and expose the bail bondsman/runner student to the types of questions found on their PSI examination. The final day will conclude with a comprehensive discussion addressing all areas for which the prospective South Carolina bail bondsman/runner student does not feel confident prior to adjourning the class.
