Mission StatementSouth Carolina Bail Agents Academy (SC-BAA) has been formed to ensure that prospective and active bail bondsman in South Carolina receive the most comprehensive bail bondsman/runner pre-licensing and continuing education available in the bail bond market. SC-BAA promotes South Carolina Department of Insurance approved bail bond curriculum constructed by the founder and instructor Mr. Donald F. Mescia III. The goal of SC-BAA is to ensure that all prospective bail bondsman/runner students whom attend the bail bond school pass the state issued examination. We strive to ensure all of our bail bondsman/runner students pass their examination on the first try, but offer all of our students our 100% attention until they pass their examination at no further cost.
