Mescia III and approved by the SCDOI, to ensure the successful completion of the South Carolina mandated series 19-16 examination provided by Pearson Vue. This course covers all South Carolina codes of law pertaining to the bail bondsman/runner license including bail bond contracts, bail bond process, bail bond forfeiture, and bail bond forms. All bail bondsman/runner students will receive one on one personal attention through our unique online education portal as approved by the South Carolina Department of Insurance.
