About Our Bail Bond Instructor

Mr. Donald F. Mescia III (Donnie) has been a licensed bail bondsman since 2011. In addition to being a licensed bail bondsman Donnie has also been a licensed property & casualty insurance producer in South Carolina since January 2013. Donnie has grown up in a bail bond family where he has been surrounded by the bail bond industry since his father, Don Mescia, first started in the bail bond business over 30 years ago. While working as a bail bondsman in South Carolina Donnie has obtained both a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of South Carolina Beaufort (Cum Laude graduate), as well as a Masters of Science in Criminal Justice/Public Administration (High Distinction Graduate) from Liberty University. Education has always been a major pursuit of Donnie's throughout his academic career. Through this educational background and years of classroom experience South Carolina Bail Agents Academy was formed to provide the most comprehensive South Carolina Bail Bonds education available. Our goal is to provide both prospective and active bail bondsman in South Carolina the educational and practical experience necessary to advance the bail bond industry for the future to come.
